About BestPeony.comGrowing plants is my lifelong passion. One of my earliest memories as a child was walking amongst the tall peony fields that my dad grew for cut flowers. Growing up on a truck farm, I started growing my own vegetable transplants to earn my spending money. In 1980, when I was twenty years old, I started my own retail greenhouse business- www.bcfarm.com -selling bedding plants, perennials, and hanging baskets. Over the years, I became known as the destination for new and unique plants. Eager to expand my horizons, I eventually started my own peony cut flower fields. The day I saw my first Bartzella, I knew I had to start raising intersectionals. I got to know Roger Anderson over the years as I continued to buy more of his plants. When his business was for sale, I jumped at the chance to purchase all of Roger Andersons stock in the late summer of 2004. I am excited to grow these beautiful peonies for all to enjoy. -Tim
