New Releases for 2007

In 2006, we've released these two new varieties: Scarlet Heaven and Lemon Dream.New varieties available for release in 2007 will be announced as soon as they are ready.

Please review our Online Catalog for other current varieties of peonies available to order and our Under Propagation varieties to see our other intersection peony development.

Scarlet Heaven
Not the scarlet color I learned about in kindergarten; more of a rich ruby color. The photo speaks for itself. This plant will grow to 30" tall and the single flowers are held up by strong stems. Makes a great show in the garden with the brillant yellow center.

Lemon Dream
Fully double blossoms are a lemony yellow, accentuated by bursts of amethyst and lilac colors. The flower on this plant at times can be schizophrenic: some blossoms will bloom divided equally with solid lemonly yellow on one half and amethyst-lilac on the other, yup!, divided right now the middle. While at the same time, other blossoms have varying bursts of amethyst and lilac colors on the lemony flowers. You've gotta see it to believe it!

A vigorous grower with dark green intersectional foilage; grows 28" - 34" tall. We have a limited amount of Lemon Dream. Order early.
